How to Prepare : For 250g of mix add 470ml of water. Mix well to a smooth batter. Keep aside for 10-15 mins. Heat the non stick pan. Take a ladle full of batter in centre of hot pan and spread. Cook on medium flame. Sprinkle oil or ghee on dosa. Cook well. Wipe the pan with a wet cloth to cool down and repeat the steps.
