Shipping Policy

At Desherb, we strive to ensure that your favorite moringa-based products reach you fresh, quickly, and in excellent condition. This Shipping Policy outlines how we manage deliveries, shipping timelines, charges, and related terms.

We at Desherb understand that you would like to receive your products in a timely fashion and in top condition. So, we use our large network of couriers to bring you the best as soon as possible.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once dispatched, customers will receive a confirmation message along with a tracking number.

 

Shipping Duration

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 5–9 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional disruptions.

 

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders over Rs. 499
  • Orders below Rs. 499 may incur a flat shipping fee of Rs. 50
  • Any remote area surcharges or additional shipping costs will be shown at checkout

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order is shipped:

  • A tracking link will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp
  • If you are unable to track your order, feel free to contact us for assistance

 

Non-Serviceable Pin Codes

Although we aim to serve most pin codes in India, some remote or restricted regions may be unserviceable. If delivery is not possible:

  • You will be notified
  • A full refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days

 

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If an order is returned to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Customer unavailability

Refusal to accept delivery

We will contact you to attempt redelivery. If unresponsive for 3 business days, we will initiate a refund after deducting both forward and return shipping charges.

Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

If your package appears leaking, tampered, or physically damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery
  • Take clear photos of the package
  • Contact our support team within 24 hours

We will investigate the issue and offer a suitable resolution (replacement or refund), subject to verification.
