At Desherb, we take pride in delivering high-quality, moringa-based food products that are fresh,
safe, and rooted in wellness. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain a
transparent return, refund, and exchange policy to ensure smooth customer experience.
Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or offer replacements only if:
- You received an incorrect product
- The product was damaged, expired, or defective
- The item was compromised during shipping
How do I return an item purchased on Desherb?
Desherb offers its customers an ’Easy Return Policy,’ wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 24 hours of receiving the order. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (business@desherb.in ) within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
- Step 3: The customer will have to make sure that the refund will only be initiated by us if the products are received in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and packaging intact. It is the customer’s responsibility to return to us the unused products.
Note: – The amount will be credited to the customer within 4-5 working days.
Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
- QR code is tampered with.
- Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
- Products are used or altered
- If a request is initiated after 24 hours of receiving the order
- Free product provided by Desherb
Please note: For certain marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply. Information regarding this is visible on the promotion banner. All Combo orders or Gift items are not eligible for return or exchange. For any clarification, please feel free to contact our customer care.

Note: If the return is accepted after inspection, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not provide return pick-up or prepaid return labels.
Return Inspection
Returned items are inspected within 2-3 business days. Returns will be rejected if the seal is broken, product is used, or return was not pre-approved or sent late.
Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
Refunds
Refunds are issued if:
- Returned item passes inspection
- Order is cancelled before shipping
- Product is out of stock
Refund Timeline: Processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted if the product is wrong, defective, or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used items
- Discounted/promotional purchases
- Products from third-party sellers
- Items without prior approval
