How to Prepare : For 250g of mix add 375 ml of water. Stir to a smooth batter. Keep aside for 10-15 mins. Grease the idli moulds and pour the batter. Place idli mould inside the vessel. Cook for 15 mins. Serve delicious idli with Sambhar and Chutney.
