Rice Dosa
Crisp, golden, and deliciously light, Rice Dosa is a South Indian classic made from a fermented batter of rice and urad dal, Bengal gram. Naturally gluten-free and packed with flavor, it’s perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Enjoy it plain, stuffed with spiced potato (masala dosa), or served alongside tangy sambar and a variety of chutneys.
Ingredients: Moringa Powder, Rice, Urad dal, Black gram, Bengal gram, Semolina, Iodised Salt, Sugar, Refined wheat flour, Fenugreek seeds
How to Prepare : For 250g of mix add 470ml of water. Mix well to a smooth batter. Keep aside for 10-15 mins. Heat the non stick pan. Take a ladle full of batter in centre of hot pan and spread. Cook on medium flame. Sprinkle oil or ghee on dosa. Cook well. Wipe the pan with a wet cloth to cool down and repeat the steps.
